IT Director Steve Saint-Coeur (pictured above) recently received an "A for Arizona Southern Arizona Microgrant Grant" for $21,000 for the purchase of a virtual reality lab for Rio Rico High School. In his grant request, Saint-Coeur explained that with a new virtual lab, "Students will be presented with real-world problems to view and solve as well as simulated tactile experiences and visual and sonic experiences in the health and natural sciences that they cannot currently experience."
